Use a cordless gun to unscrew the hinges from the jamb.

Leave the hinges on the door. Remove the existing door by pulling out the hinge pins and lifting it off of the hinges. Measure and cut the replacement jamb to length. Avoid damage to the screws by using a hand screwdriver.
